Coordinator Checklist


What you need to do leading up to the tournament….

  • Confirm Your Participation.  Advise State Coordinators if your Section will NOT be participating in either Division #1, Division #2, or the Composite Division.  It is assumed each Section will enter both a girl’s and boys’ team in each event unless specified below.  Pacer teams are formed locally to fill these voids.  As of today, we have a record of the following Sections NOT participating in:
    • Section #7- will not be participating in Division #1
    • Section #11 – will not be participating in Division #2
    • Section #10 – will not be participating in Division #1 or Division #2 and will be participating in Composite Division ONLY.
  • Contact Hotel and Reserve Rooms for your teams

  • Submit Rooming List to Host Hotel after your sectional
  • Complete Team Gate Pass List
    • Fill out and print or email the Team Gate Pass List from NYSPHSAA website to NYSPHSAA Office (instructions on form)
    • For any non-credentialed school administrators or personnel who wish to attend
  • Review or Print Championship Operations Packet-  Coordinator Eyes Only
    • Download & Print Championship Operations Packet (*LINK COMING SOON*)
    • Ticket Information
      • Admission Ticket Information
        • Purchase Price Online thru NYSPHSAA: $11.50 per day
  • Proof Read the Information for your teams for the Tournament Program Book Proofing
    • Shortly before the program book goes to print, you may be asked to proof the program book.  Specifically, your section’s content.  IE:  correct spelling of athlete and coach names, school names, any sold ADs present, etc.  Instructions provided at a future date.
