Twenty-One of the best local high school girls teams throughout CNY and Section 3 will descend upon Flamingo Bowl tomorrow, Super Bowl Sunday, to see who will reign supreme, and earn a berth into the 2022 NYSPHSAA State Championships. Tournament action kicks off at 9am. Admission to the venue starts at 8am.
Two-time defending Class A and Division 1 champ RFA, winners of 55 straight regular season matches, will be looking for the 3-peat. They’ll be challenged by a talented trio of teams in Fulton, Liverpool, and Baldwinsville as each team has at least three 190+ average bowlers.
Meanwhile, defending Class B and Division 2 champ Camden looks to continue its reign over Division 2, having won the division every year since its inaugural season in 2018.
Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased through the Section 3 Athletics website. There will be no cash sales of tickets at the door.
For those attending, a reminder that, despite the recent easing of the NYS mask mandate, NYSPHSAA and NYS DOH still require masks to be worn for indoor scholastic athletic events. Your cooperation is appreciated.
